The Home Arms
The Home Arms is situated in the very heart of Eyemouth. The large house with spectacular panoramic views across the bay can comfortably accommodate up to 24 people. Extensively renovated the very highest standards with divers in mind, the house can easily be configured (all in single beds if required) for a large group of divers plus non-diving guests. The rooms, as modern and spacious as any top hotel, are way above the standards of typical diver accommodation. The attention to detail and personal service are better than any bed & breakfast, but the prices are very affordable.

The Ship’s Quarters
“The Ship Hotel” on the quayside of Eyemouth harbour has been accommodating guests for centuries. The historic building has been restored to create a beautiful guest house and elegant restaurant. The Ship’s Quarters blends an historic façade and an unbeatable waterfront location, with an interior where style, warmth and contemporary design pervade throughout.
The Ship’s Quarters is a modern relaxed Bed & Breakfast with comfortable rooms and feint echoes of hidden revelry and of a bygone den of iniquity. With its central harbourside position, Quarters is at the heart of Eyemouth’s thriving community. Local shops and services, vibrant bars, restaurants & cafés are all within close proximity. First and foremost, it’s a very comfortable place to stay.

The DiveStay Difference
The DiveStay difference is that our accommodation is run by experienced divers who really understand what makes a successful dive trip. As Skipper Gary explains:
“All B&B’s have the basics, but as fellow divers we know the things that make a trip better. We have safe storage for equipment, a drying room and free access to washing & drying machines. The guest lounge at The Home Arms is large enough for the whole group to relax in comfort, but we’d recommend you discover some of Eyemouth’s excellent pubs and restaurants too. When a simpler solution is required after a day’s diving, or when arrival times are staggered, you can stay in and enjoy a take-away or some delicious fish & chips.
Staying with Us
Divers can travel up the night before and have plenty of time to prepare for diving. Dive gear is transported to and from the boat so your car can stay parked. There’s plenty for non-divers and families to do locally, so everyone can stay.
Travelling home
While we have a nominal check-out time to clean and prepare the rooms for our next guests, we’ll always have a shower and a place to change available for guests to use before travel onwards or home. – And if you leave something behind, we’ll either send it on, or keep it safe until next time.
Group Pricing
The DiveStay goal is to make everything as easy as possible. Dive clubs and group organisers can benefit from a number of discounts. Reservations and payments are simple and straightforward, and when the weather conditions make diving impossible, deposits are returned and we’ll arrange another date to get you diving.
We know that not everywhere will offer a refund when the weather blows off the diving. There’s lot’s of things to do in Scotland when the diving is off, worrying about losing your money isn’t one of them.
